Capability
Workflow orchestration
The coordination layer that knows what ran, what failed and what to do next.
Why us on this
Retries, timeouts, compensation and state you can inspect. The difference between a chain of scripts and a process you can operate.
Where we have run it

Oil and gas producer · United States · NYSE-listed, about 120 group companies
EnergyLink Invoice Reconciliation Automation for a US Oil Producer
Ten working days a month of an accountant's time went on downloading reports before reconciliation could even start, and discrepancies in partner invoices surfaced late, if at all. Now a UiPath robot collects the data for about 120 group companies, reconciles the invoices against well data and sends every discrepancy to the team that owns it. One full-time role of manual work is gone.
~120group companies covered every month

Listed multi-utility · Italy · five provinces, energy, water, waste and public services
Intelligent Automation Program for an Italian Multi-Utility
The security alert that matters is the one nobody had time to read. A listed Italian multi-utility was checking network alerts, telecom invoices and fuel-card statements by hand, each a place where a threat, an overcharge or a misused card could slip through. From 2020 to 2025 we built and ran a programme of 20+ UiPath robots, owned by a Centre of Excellence inside the company and reviewed quarterly with leadership.
20+automations in production

Accounting firm · Bulgaria · month-end for an online retailer with 1,000-1,500 orders a month
High-Volume E-Commerce Reconciliation and Accounting Automation
At 1,500 orders a month, month-end stops being an accounting task and becomes a throughput problem. Card batches, cash collected by couriers, returns crossing the fiscal year: every extra order meant more manual work, until the month closed late. Now the whole month reconciles and books itself in under two minutes.
< 2 minto reconcile and book a full month

What we build with it
Process Intelligence & Automation
Event data shows where a process waits, then we automate what is worth it: RPA, orchestration or a redesign.
Managed Services
We run the automation we built, and what others built, with monitoring against an agreed response time.
Software Engineering
Custom software for the part of the process no platform covers, with tests, documented contracts and a proper handover.
Ways to start on it
Fixed-scope engagements that run on this, priced before they begin.
Pilot
Agent Pilot: one process to production
Six weeks, one process, an agent that actually goes live behind guardrails, with the evaluation harness to prove it works.
Duration6 weeks
Retainer
Managed Automation Care
Monthly retainer covering monitoring, incident response and the change work that keeps automations alive as the systems underneath them drift.
DurationRolling, 3-month minimum
Blueprint
