How we apply it
In our invoice-processing and bank reconciliation robots for a Bulgarian accounting firm, an unknown supplier is looked up in the Commercial Register and created with its default accounts, automatically.
This node queries the public Commercial Register portal of the Bulgarian Registry Agency. Search Legal Entity finds companies by name fragment or UIC (EIK) and fetches every result page; Get Company Data returns the full parsed record, optionally as of a past date: name, legal form, registered address, main activity, managers, partners, capital, representation rules and announced acts. A second resource validates VAT numbers for any EU member state against the European Commission's VIES service.
Stock n8n has no node for the Bulgarian register, and the portal needs a session cookie and anti-CSRF token before it answers. The node handles the session, paginates with a configurable delay between pages, and turns the portal's HTML into structured objects, so onboarding and compliance checks become one workflow step instead of a person with a browser tab.
In our own work it feeds counterparty checks: verify a new customer by UIC, capture managers and owners, then create or de-duplicate the counterparty in the accounting system. It runs in two production workflows today.
Limits: it works against a public web portal the way a browser would, so a change on the portal can break it until the parser is updated. Only public register data is available, and bulk lookups should use the page delay to stay polite.
