Why us on this
n8n is a fair-code workflow automation tool with hundreds of ready-made integrations, and it can run on the client's own servers. It is our choice when a client wants to host and own the automation runtime, and we add our own nodes where the catalogue stops.
We maintain these as proper node packages: Bulgarian banks, the Registry Agency, Microinvest, SharePoint, network shares, browser automation and more, all in daily use in our own workflows.

High-Volume E-Commerce Reconciliation and Accounting Automation
At 1,500 orders a month, month-end stops being an accounting task and becomes a throughput problem. Card batches, cash collected by couriers, returns crossing the fiscal year: every extra order meant more manual work, until the month closed late. Now the whole month reconciles and books itself in under two minutes.

Multi-Channel Payment Reconciliation and Accounting Import Automation
Card, PayPal, bank wire and two crypto channels, each settling in batches days later and hopping through intermediary accounts. Every month an accountant lost 3-4 days working out which order sat inside which deposit, and one mismatch meant unpicking the whole month. Now the month reconciles itself and lands in the accounting software as a ready import file.
