The AI & Automation Academy is free
Nine weeks, fourteen seats, one working automation each. We do not charge for it, because the point of running it is to meet the people we want to work with.

Why it is free
Or come and work with us
The academy is one way in; the other is applying directly. Both end in the same place: building things that run in production.
See how we hireThe cohort
There is no fee, no self-paced library and no certificate for attendance. One cohort runs at a time: a fixed group, fixed dates, and one rule: you finish with something running against a real process from your own organisation.
Every module comes from work we have actually delivered, stripped of the client name and rebuilt as an exercise. The instructors are on client engagements the rest of the month, which is why the exercises keep changing, and why the strongest people in each cohort get the first call when we need someone.

The nine weeks
Reading the process end to end
Duration: Week 1
Walk the process, map the handoffs, find where the work actually waits.
Who it is for
Analysts, process owners and developers who have to make automation work inside a real organisation rather than talk about it. No prior RPA experience required; comfort with spreadsheets, APIs or SQL helps.
What you leave with
One automation live
Running against a process from your own organisation, with monitoring and a runbook.
An evaluation set you trust
Test cases, thresholds and a documented failure mode for every agent step.
A business case that survives review
Baseline, projected saving and the assumptions written down where finance can argue with them.
A handover pack
Documentation a colleague can operate from without calling you.
AI Automation Cohort Q4 2026
What the nine weeks look like
Every module ends with something you have built. There is no final exam and no certificate for attendance: the artefact is the assessment.
Weeks one to three are measurement: reading a process end to end, pulling the event data, and sizing the candidate honestly. Most participants discover their first choice of process is the wrong one, which is the point of doing it before any code exists.
Weeks four to seven are the build: document extraction, an agent step with a real evaluation set, the orchestration around it, and the exception path. Weeks eight and nine are production: monitoring, runbook, handover to a colleague who was not in the room.
What you need to bring
A process you actually own or can get access to, and permission to run it against non-production data. We will help you scope it down in week one if it is too big.
After the cohort
Graduates get first call on contractor work, and a mentor through their first engagement.
Who teaches it
Common questions
No catch and no invoice. We hire and subcontract out of every cohort, so the nine weeks are how we meet people who can actually build, which is worth more to us than a course fee. Nobody is obliged to work with us afterwards.
Because the assessment is an artefact, not a quiz. That needs a review with an instructor and a group going through the same week at the same time, and two instructors can only review so many builds properly.
Yes, and pairs from the same team tend to do best. They can hold each other's access requests and scope decisions to account. Tell us in the application.
Live sessions are recorded. The build reviews are not optional, but they can be rescheduled within the week.
Bring a process, leave with it running
Tell us what you would bring and we will tell you honestly whether this cohort is the right place for it.
