What the website is for
The website describes what Emerant does and the work we have done. It is information, not an offer. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a statement of work, and nothing on this website is legal, financial, tax or audit advice. Please take professional advice before you act on any of it.
Case studies and figures
Our case studies are anonymised and written from project records. Each figure is labelled on its case page as measured, estimated, projected or a design target, and figures from summary views carry the same label. Results depend on the client, the process and the data, so a figure on this website is not a promise that you will get the same result.
Intellectual property
The text, graphics, logos, illustrations and code of this website belong to Emerant or its licensors, except open-source components that carry their own licences. The Emerant name and logo are ours. Other company and product names, such as UiPath and Microsoft, belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not imply endorsement except where a partnership is stated.
You may read, print and share pages for your own or your organisation's internal use, with attribution. You may not republish the content, present it as your own, or copy it in bulk by automated means in a way that burdens the site.
Acceptable use
Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the website or our systems, probe for weaknesses, disrupt the service, upload malicious code, or use our contact channels to send unlawful or unsolicited marketing material. Access to the delivery bench page is personal to the person we gave the password to. Please do not share the password or the contents of that page.
What you send us
When you contact us, please do not include confidential client data or other people's personal data in a first message. You confirm that you are entitled to send what you send. We treat your message as confidential and handle it as described in the privacy policy. Sending us an idea does not create any obligation on either side.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably by email. If that fails, the competent court in Sofia, Bulgaria, decides it, subject to any mandatory rules that give consumers the right to go to court in their own country.
