Capability
Low-code platforms
Fast internal tooling, with a clear point at which we say it has outgrown the platform.
Why us on this
Low-code earns its place for applications with a short half-life and a small audience. We will tell you when a requirement has crossed the line rather than bending the platform until it breaks.
Where we have run it

Food retail group · Netherlands · one of the world's largest food retailers, centres worldwide
Power Platform Procurement System for a Global Food Retailer
An occasional requester on a premium licence is a cost that grows with headcount, not with value. One of the world's largest food retailers ran procurement on a Power App that had outgrown its design. We extended it into the one system all procurement in scope went through, with an approval chain, segregation of duties, a licensing design that kept costs down and Power BI reporting for every level of management.
1system for all procurement in scope

Retail and commercial bank · Italy · part of a European banking group, €30-40M internal investment portfolio
Executive Investment Portal on ServiceNow for an Italian Bank
€30-40 million of internal investments, and no single place where the CEO could see where the money went. The data sat in ServiceNow modules built for project teams, and every status update meant chasing a function for its own format. Now every initiative, its funding, state and progress sits on one executive page inside the bank's own ServiceNow.
€30–40Mof internal investments tracked

Pharmaceutical company · Global · one of the world's largest, app used from the CEO down
Offline Investor Relations App for a Global Pharmaceutical Company
At an investor conference, the CEO's answer depended on finding the right slide in a 350-slide deck that was out of date the moment anyone changed it. Now the same content lives in a Power Apps app that works offline on five platforms, kept current by the teams that own it.
~350slides migrated into structured data
