Capability
System integration
Interfaces treated as products, with owners, versions and error contracts.
Why us on this
Idempotency, replay and dead-letter handling. Most integration pain is a data ownership question that was never answered.
Where we have run it

Oil and gas producer · United States · NYSE-listed, about 120 group companies
EnergyLink Invoice Reconciliation Automation for a US Oil Producer
Ten working days a month of an accountant's time went on downloading reports before reconciliation could even start, and discrepancies in partner invoices surfaced late, if at all. Now a UiPath robot collects the data for about 120 group companies, reconciles the invoices against well data and sends every discrepancy to the team that owns it. One full-time role of manual work is gone.
~120group companies covered every month

Listed multi-utility · Italy · five provinces, energy, water, waste and public services
Intelligent Automation Program for an Italian Multi-Utility
The security alert that matters is the one nobody had time to read. A listed Italian multi-utility was checking network alerts, telecom invoices and fuel-card statements by hand, each a place where a threat, an overcharge or a misused card could slip through. From 2020 to 2025 we built and ran a programme of 20+ UiPath robots, owned by a Centre of Excellence inside the company and reviewed quarterly with leadership.

Luxury fashion · Italy · part of a global luxury group, seven sister companies in the process
SAP and Esker Invoice Integration for a Luxury Fashion House
Every intercompany invoice had to be registered twice, posted in SAP and linked in Esker, with an accountant copying dates, numbers and amounts between the two for every invoice from seven sister companies. We built a UiPath robot that matches the invoices across both platforms, posts them in SAP and links them back in Esker, designed to cut processing time by 80%.
