Intelligent Automation Program for an Italian Multi-Utility
The security alert that matters is the one nobody had time to read. A listed Italian multi-utility was checking network alerts, telecom invoices and fuel-card statements by hand, each a place where a threat, an overcharge or a misused card could slip through. From 2020 to 2025 we built and ran a programme of 20+ UiPath robots, owned by a Centre of Excellence inside the company and reviewed quarterly with leadership.

Power Platform Procurement System for a Global Food Retailer
An occasional requester on a premium licence is a cost that grows with headcount, not with value. One of the world's largest food retailers ran procurement on a Power App that had outgrown its design. We extended it into the one system all procurement in scope went through, with an approval chain, segregation of duties, a licensing design that kept costs down and Power BI reporting for every level of management.

ESG Compliance Intelligence Platform
A €150M sustainability-linked facility from the IFC rested on an ESG programme that lived in 70 scanned documents, 2,400 files and one person's inbox. The annual lender report took three months to compile by hand, and the IFC reads it with its own AI. We designed the platform that turns all of it into assigned, reminded, evidenced and auditable work.
