Ways to start here
Fixed-scope engagements we have run against exactly this kind of problem.

Automation Discovery Sprint
Four weeks. We measure what your process costs today and hand back a ranked backlog, including the candidates we tell you not to automate.
Fixed scopeDuration: 4 weeks
Retainer
Managed Automation Care
Monthly retainer covering monitoring, incident response and the change work that keeps automations alive as the systems underneath them drift.
RetainerDuration: Rolling, 3-month minimum
Rescue
Automation Rescue
Two weeks to audit an inherited bot estate that keeps breaking, stabilise the worst of it, and tell you what is worth keeping.
Fixed scopeDuration: 2 weeks
Services that deliver it
The capabilities behind the engagements on this page.
- Process Intelligence & AutomationEvent data shows where a process waits, then we automate what is worth it: RPA, orchestration or a redesign.
- Managed ServicesWe run the automation we built, and what others built, with monitoring against an agreed response time.
- RPA & Business Process AutomationWorkflow optimization and automation using robotic process automation.
- Automation Discovery & AssessmentA ranked, costed automation backlog built from how the work actually runs, not from a workshop wishlist.
- 24/7 System MonitoringProactive monitoring and alerting for maximum uptime and performance.
- Managed AutomationRunning the bots and workflows, ours or inherited, against an agreed response time.
How we see it
Volume growth should show up in throughput, not in hiring plans. The work that scales badly is the repetitive part: reading the same documents, matching the same lines, keying the same fields. That is the part we automate, and the judgement stays with the people who have it.
We design for the peak, not the average: month-end, intake windows, seasonal spikes. Exceptions go to a person with the context attached, so a busier month means more exceptions to review, not more data to type.
Talk to us
Tell us where this has to happen, and we will tell you what it would take.
Not a proposal: a read on whether the process you have in mind is worth automating at all, what it costs, and where it usually goes wrong.
