Energy & UtilitiesEnergyLink Invoice Reconciliation Automation for a US Oil ProducerTen working days a month of an accountant's time went on downloading reports before reconciliation could even start, and discrepancies in partner invoices surfaced late, if at all. Now a UiPath robot collects the data for about 120 group companies, reconciles the invoices against well data and sends every discrepancy to the team that owns it. One full-time role of manual work is gone.
Energy & UtilitiesIntelligent Automation Program for an Italian Multi-UtilityThe security alert that matters is the one nobody had time to read. A listed Italian multi-utility was checking network alerts, telecom invoices and fuel-card statements by hand, each a place where a threat, an overcharge or a misused card could slip through. From 2020 to 2025 we built and ran a programme of 20+ UiPath robots, owned by a Centre of Excellence inside the company and reviewed quarterly with leadership.
Retail & E-commerceSAP and Esker Invoice Integration for a Luxury Fashion HouseEvery intercompany invoice had to be registered twice, posted in SAP and linked in Esker, with an accountant copying dates, numbers and amounts between the two for every invoice from seven sister companies. We built a UiPath robot that matches the invoices across both platforms, posts them in SAP and links them back in Esker, designed to cut processing time by 80%.
Everything else
Accounting & BookkeepingAI Invoice Processing AutomationEvery re-keyed invoice field is an error waiting for the closing. One scanned batch could hold 200 mixed documents, each split, read and typed in by hand. Now the batch lands in the accounting system already split, read and posted, and 97% of it needs no correction.
E-commerce OperationsHigh-Volume E-Commerce Reconciliation and Accounting AutomationAt 1,500 orders a month, month-end stops being an accounting task and becomes a throughput problem. Card batches, cash collected by couriers, returns crossing the fiscal year: every extra order meant more manual work, until the month closed late. Now the whole month reconciles and books itself in under two minutes.
Accounting & BookkeepingMulti-Channel Payment Reconciliation and Accounting Import AutomationCard, PayPal, bank wire and two crypto channels, each settling in batches days later and hopping through intermediary accounts. Every month an accountant lost 3-4 days working out which order sat inside which deposit, and one mismatch meant unpicking the whole month. Now the month reconciles itself and lands in the accounting software as a ready import file.
Accounting & BookkeepingBank Reconciliation AutomationA payment registered twice, or an invoice left open weeks after it was paid: that is what line-by-line manual reconciliation produces at month-end. Now about 90% of bank transactions reconcile and post themselves, and accountants only see the lines that need judgement.
Accounting & BookkeepingRPA Bank Statement Processing AutomationWhen the accounting system has no import and barely any export, every bank line is typed by hand, for clients who cannot afford a single wrong entry. Their data cannot leave the building, so cloud AI is not an option either. We automated it anyway, entirely on premise.
Construction & InfrastructureTimesheet Fraud Detection for a Metro Construction ConsortiumEvery clock-in stamped for an absent colleague is an hour paid for work nobody did, and with 61,000 time records a year nobody can spot it by eye. We built a UiPath robot that found the clock-ins too perfectly in sync to be honest and checked each one against 1.4 million site gate events. About 14% of the staff reviewed showed malicious clocking behaviour.
EducationAI-Powered Student Admissions Validation for an Italian UniversityTwice a year, four to eight admissions staff spent one to two months checking around 20,000 applications by hand: does the form match the ID, is the photo a proper portrait, is it the same face. Every check missed is a wrong identity in the student record. Now a robot does the checking, around 90-95% of it correctly, and people see only the cases that need judgement.
Public SectorEU Grant Expense Verification Automation for an Italian RegionEvery EU-funded training project a region reimburses has to be checked line by line: registers against declared hours, trainers' CVs against their roles, every invoice against the expense report. Done by hand, the check is slow, varies between controllers, and the region carries the risk if EU auditors find what it missed. Now a robot builds the control file for each project, and the controller reviews evidence instead of copying it.
Supply Chain ManagementShipping Document Processing with UiPath for an Industrial DistributorA missing signature or bill of materials meant paying for goods nobody had confirmed, and every shipment's paperwork arrived as one scanned PDF of five or six documents in no fixed order. Now a UiPath robot splits each batch, checks every document and signature, and puts the data into Infor, with people stepping in only to fill the gaps.
Accounting & BookkeepingBank Statement Download AutomationOne missed bank account and the month closes on incomplete data. For this firm that risk came round twice a month: 70+ client companies, three bank portals, every login behind 2FA. Now nobody downloads a statement by hand.
InsuranceHail Claim Payment Automation for an Italian InsurerOne mistyped IBAN sends a claim payment to the wrong person, and after a hailstorm there are thousands of payments to key. We built a UiPath robot that reads the settlement document, runs four controls, keys the bank transfer itself and reports every payment and every refusal to the claims team.
Retail Customer ServiceEmail Triage and Agent-Assist Automation for a Car Rental CompanyEvery rental extension, cancellation or vehicle swap meant an agent clicking through screen after screen of Salesforce while the customer waited, and every email meant someone reading it just to work out what the customer wanted. We put UiPath robots behind the agents: emails for five request types sorted and actioned automatically, and the same requests on a call handled with one click.
