Construction & InfrastructureERM Platform for Road ConstructionA road builder with 300 people, 180 trucks and machines, its own asphalt, concrete and fuel sites and €100M+ a year in public contracts was running on paper, Excel and the accountants' memory. Every figure was typed three times, management saw the month three to four weeks late, and insurance and inspection deadlines lived in one person's spreadsheet. We designed the platform that runs the whole operation from one place.
EducationAI-Powered Student Admissions Validation for an Italian UniversityTwice a year, four to eight admissions staff spent one to two months checking around 20,000 applications by hand: does the form match the ID, is the photo a proper portrait, is it the same face. Every check missed is a wrong identity in the student record. Now a robot does the checking, around 90-95% of it correctly, and people see only the cases that need judgement.
Professional ServicesKYC and AML Case Management Platform for a UK Compliance PracticeA KYC file is only as good as its weakest step: a director missed in Companies House, a news hit nobody screened, an ID never checked. For a UK compliance practice we built a case management platform from the ground up that walks every case through 13 steps, with registers, screening, ID checks, evidence and QA in one place. It was meant as an internal accelerator; it was later sold as a product.
Investment & Real AssetsESG Compliance Intelligence PlatformA €150M sustainability-linked facility from the IFC rested on an ESG programme that lived in 70 scanned documents, 2,400 files and one person's inbox. The annual lender report took three months to compile by hand, and the IFC reads it with its own AI. We designed the platform that turns all of it into assigned, reminded, evidenced and auditable work.
ManufacturingPower BI Executive Reporting on a Custom ERP for a Fruit ProcessorIn a seasonal fruit business, stock drives every sales and production decision, and the CEO and the board were making those decisions without a clear picture. The custom-built ERP recorded everything, reported almost nothing and came with no documentation. Now leadership reads stock, sales, production and finance in Power BI, on live ERP data, each audience seeing what it should.

We built a UiPath robot that reads the settlement document, runs four controls, keys the bank transfer itself and reports every payment and every refusal to the claims team.
Accounting & BookkeepingClient Onboarding Portal with Dataverse for a UK Accountancy FirmFor a firm that has to verify every new client, onboarding by email is slow, insecure and hard to evidence: passports as attachments, questions lost in threads, staff retyping everything before checks could start. Now clients sign in to a secure portal, submit their details and ID documents once and chat with the staff on their case, and everything lands as structured data in the firm's Dataverse app, where driving licence and public-record checks run.
Retail Customer ServiceEmail Triage and Agent-Assist Automation for a Car Rental CompanyEvery rental extension, cancellation or vehicle swap meant an agent clicking through screen after screen of Salesforce while the customer waited, and every email meant someone reading it just to work out what the customer wanted. We put UiPath robots behind the agents: emails for five request types sorted and actioned automatically, and the same requests on a call handled with one click.
EducationFinance Automation Strategy for an Independent SchoolA London school and nursery ran its entire finance function through one bursar, and the bursar was leaving. Every invoice, direct debit, bank line and supplier bill passed through one person's hands and one person's memory. We mapped every process, designed the automation that connects their systems, and gave the directors a plan for month-end to survive the resignation letter.
HealthcareAutomated Patient Discharge Communications from Clinical Coding for a UK Healthcare ProviderA patient leaving a clinic deserves a plain-language account of exactly what was done, for how long and with what medication. Writing that by hand for every patient does not scale, and getting it wrong is not a normal software bug. We built a UiPath automation that reads the clinical coding in the patient file and issues a patient-ready letter or email, unattended, inside the provider's own security model.
