How we see it

Most errors are not typing mistakes. They come from a rule that lives in someone's head, a field that means different things in two systems, or a document format that changed without anyone noticing. Correcting them downstream costs more every month than fixing the cause once.

We make the rules explicit and testable, validate inputs before anything is posted, and send whatever falls below the confidence threshold to a person instead of guessing. We count corrections before and after, so the improvement is a number rather than an impression.

Tell us where this has to happen, and we will tell you what it would take.

Not a proposal: a read on whether the process you have in mind is worth automating at all, what it costs, and where it usually goes wrong.
